About me

I started my fitness journey as a total beginner—just a girl with a passion and a dream

Back then, I had no idea that this would grow into my purpose and my career. But here I am—turning that passion into a lifestyle, and helping other women do the same every single day.

I didn’t grow up athletic—I never played sports and honestly had no real interest in fitness. In college, I was out of shape and completely lost on where to begin.

Like many of us, I went through a heartbreak, and during that difficult time, I found myself searching for something to help me heal—something that would bring me joy, challenge me to grow, and give me a sense of strength and purpose.

 That’s when I discovered fitness—and everything changed.

It became my therapy, my passion, and eventually, my calling.

I was at my lowest—broken, and unsure if my life had any meaning at all

This was when I first moved to the United States, I was at my heaviest and most out of shape. My “diet” was a steady rotation of fries, tuna melts, ice cream, and vodka cranberries every other day.

I struggled with hormonal imbalances, low energy, and absolutely no motivation. I was deep in my comfort zone—with no idea how much better life could feel.

After a painful breakup, I swung to the other extreme. I barely ate, lost a lot of weight in an unhealthy way, and became what many call “skinny fat.”

My hair started falling out, my nails were breaking, and my energy was still at rock bottom. I looked different, but I didn’t feel any better.

When I moved to Miami, I found myself surrounded by models and fitness athletes—and that was the turning point. I knew I had to make a change. I invested in a coach and began learning everything I could at an intense pace. I was determined to leave my unhealthy past behind and prove to myself that I could transform.

But I quickly realized I couldn’t work just for the money—I needed a deeper sense of purpose. I wanted to feel that I mattered, that I was making a real difference in someone’s life. Even then, I knew deep down that I could help other women transform their bodies, boost their confidence, and embrace who they truly are.

I immersed myself in fitness and nutrition, devouring books, articles, and research. The more I learned, the more passionate I became. I realized this was my true calling—an area where I could grow, challenge myself, and genuinely make an impact in others’ lives.

After receiving my first diplomas and certificates, I felt a newfound confidence in myself and my knowledge

That’s when I created my first nutrition and training program.

The girls followed my program, achieved their desired goals, felt great, and were grateful to me. But as I reviewed their reports and looked through before-and-after photos, I noticed that many of them had certain health issues: hormone imbalances, neck issues,, hair loss, poor skin quality, pear-shaped bellies, and breathing problems.

I realized that my true passion wasn’t just about getting the body to look perfect—it was about doing it in a way that truly supports and enhances our health

That’s when I first discovered the concept of “hormonal health” and began diving deep into it.

The first and most important realization I had during that time was: OUR BODY IS ONE CONNECTED CHAIN— and hormones play a crucial role in that connection.

For instance, hormonal imbalances like estrogen dominance or thyroid issues can impact your metabolism and energy levels, making it harder to lose weight or build muscle. High cortisol levels from stress can cause the body to hold on to fat, especially around the belly.

Low testosterone can affect muscle mass and strength, while fluctuations in progesterone can impact sleep and recovery. Poor posture, often linked to hormonal shifts, can also prevent you from achieving that flat stomach. And if you’re struggling with bloating, digestive issues, or a protruding belly, it’s not just about diet or exercise—your hormones and gut health need to be addressed too.

To this day, I am constantly evolving and working around the clock, 24/7

This is not just my job, it’s my life!

My experience and knowledge help me assess, analyze the situation, and understand the direction we need to take.

Every person is unique, which means there can’t be one-size-fits-all solutions, cookie-cutter workouts, or nutrition programs that work for everyone.

My mission isn’t just about sculpting your glutes and giving you a smaller waist—I’m here to help you shift your mindset around fitness and nutrition, and most importantly, put your health first.

Beauty begins with health!
