With The Body Lab App, access your custom workout plan anytime. Get detailed videos, set and rep guidance, rest times, and a personalized schedule for each day. Enjoy live support during workouts to keep you on track and motivated.

Video form checks

I’ll review your exercise form through video submissions, offering feedback and corrections to make sure you’re performing movements safely and effectively. This ensures you get the most out of every workout while minimizing the risk of injury.

Messaging support (within 24 hours)

You’ll have access to WhatsApp support throughout your program. I’m here to help with any questions and respond to all messages within 24 hours.

Weekly feedback (voice or written)

You’ll receive personalized feedback each week to ensure you’re progressing towards your goals. Whether through written comments or voice messages, I’ll review your workouts, assess your performance, and offer actionable advice to help you improve.

Program Setup:

After payment, your program will be ready in 3 days. Count down begins once you complete the questionnaire.

The Body Lab App Access

Once your program is set up, you’ll receive an enrollment email to create your account with The Body Lab App. Your personalized workout plan will be ready within 3 days, and the countdown begins once you complete the questionnaire. You can start as soon as you receive your plan or take some time to prepare. Weekly progress tracking will help us adjust your workouts to keep you on track and motivated.

14-Days: 

You have 14 days to get everything ready and buy your groceries, but you can start as soon as you receive your menu if you’re ready to go!

Fridays / Weekly Check-ins: 

Your progress reports / check in’s will be reviewed every Friday to make sure you’re staying on track.

Daily Support: 

You’ll have daily communication via WhatsApp with me to keep you motivated, answer your questions, and offer guidance.

Choose Your Main Goal: 

For the 1-month program, you can choose one primary goal (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, etc.) to focus on.

Two Goals: 

For the 4-month program, you can work toward two goals, such as fat loss followed by muscle gain.
