The meal plan is tailored to different goals: muscle gain, fat loss, or maintenance (body recomposition). You can specify all these details in your questionnaire after purchasing the program.

Meal ideas + simple recipes

This meal plan includes 3 to 4 meals per day, with the menu changing every 7 days. Your diet will consist of simple recipes and easily accessible ingredients.

Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, individuals with dairy or gluten intolerance, those with food allergies, diabetics, and people with insulin resistance. I also consider your region and the availability of local ingredients to ensure the plan is practical and effective.

Program Setup:

After payment, your program will be ready in 3 days. Count down begins once you complete the questionnaire.

The Body Lab App Access

Once your program is set up, you’ll receive an enrollment email to create your account with The Body Lab App. Your personalized workout plan will be ready within 3 days, and the countdown begins once you complete the questionnaire. You can start as soon as you receive your plan or take some time to prepare. Weekly progress tracking will help us adjust your workouts to keep you on track and motivated.

14-Days: 

You have 14 days to get everything ready and buy your groceries, but you can start as soon as you receive your menu if you’re ready to go!

Fridays / Weekly Check-ins: 

Your progress reports / check in’s will be reviewed every Friday to make sure you’re staying on track.

Daily Support: 

You’ll have daily communication via WhatsApp with me to keep you motivated, answer your questions, and offer guidance.

Choose Your Main Goal: 

For the 1-month program, you can choose one primary goal (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, etc.) to focus on.

Two Goals: 

For the 4-month program, you can work toward two goals, such as fat loss followed by muscle gain.
